Users will receive the credentials to enter into the Service Center after the registration and activation of the purchased product.

If you have purchased a Sierra Software product but you didn't receive the credentials to enter into the Service Center, you probably need to follow any of the below procedures:

Download Software & Installation Password

If you have already received instructions and codes to install the product, press the below link to download the corresponding installation password and the last software release available for that password.

Activate the Software (off-line activation process)

Note: This process is intended only for users of perpetual licensing software products that cannot follow the on-line activation process because the computer where the software is installed is not connected to internet.

Follow the steps described in the installation guide (for the off-line activation process) while trying to activate the software.
