Super Plan is is a service designed for users of software products (perpetual licenses) that guarantees users that their software products will always be up-to-date and provide significant savings throughout the entire product life-cycle, along with additional valuable benefits.

Products covered by the Super Plan enjoy immediate access to all major and intermediate version updates (plus maintenance versions) as soon as new software versions become available, discounts on product upgrades and special features, technical support for critical issues and free components to enlarge the system component library. Some features are only available for products with active subscriptions to Super Plan.

The service is only available for products of the most current version of the software only. When you purchase a new software product you receive a free 6-months subscription to Super Plan to enjoy and evaluate this service. When you update an old version of the software you also receive a 6-months subscription to the Super Plan, free of charge.

Super Plan is an optional service, i.e. you are under no obligation to renew the subscription once it expires. Your product will not be affected if you do not renew the Super Plan. However, the benefits far outweigh the cost and for that reason we recommend it if you are using your software product professionally. After the expiration of the Super Plan, if you do not renew your subscription:

•You will not continue receiving free intermediate software version updates (only available if Super Plan is active).

•You will not continue receiving free major software version updates (only available at regular version update prices).

•You will not have access to discounts on product upgrades and special features.

•You will not have priority technical support for critical issues from the software development company.

•You will not continue receiving additional system components monthly.

We suggest you renew your Super Plan before the expiration date to avoid service interruption, and because the price to renew it is higher if the Super Plan subscription has expired (you may renew it as soon as you receive the first notification).

You can renew your Super Plan from your local software dealer (if your software dealer sells Super Plan) or from the User Area. For both cases, the correct serial number of your software product will be required.
