Embroidery Office, Stitch Era and Hotfix Era Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription (the subscription is not expired yet) of a software version prior to version 20, we suggest you to update your software as soon as possible. Updates for software subscriptions are free.

Starting August 24, 2020, your software shows a LiveUpdate notification indicating that a new version is available. Use LiveUpdate or download the last available software version from the Area for Users in the website www.sierra-software.com.

If your subscription has expired, you need to renew it before updating. Enter into the Users Area of www.sierra-software.com with your username and password, locate your serial number within the section My Software Subscriptions - Temporary Licenses and click the + icon. In the box that will pop-up, look for the Renew link into the section Subscription Details. Once your Subscriptions is renewed, you will be able to use the LiveUpdate service to update your product. You may also use the link of the section Download Software and Installation Password located at the Users Area login page.

Please, consider that version 20 subscription products require 64 bits operating system editions. The LiveUpdate notification will not appear if you are running your subscription product in a 32 bits operating system.
