The last major software version for each product line is, by September 2020:

Subscription / Temporary License

•	Embroidery Office Live	version 20
•	Stitch Era Universal	version 20
•	Hotfix Era Universal	version 20

Minor software version

If you have any version 20 product, please check that you have the latest maintenance release installed. The last available release can be downloaded from the product (through the live-update service) or from the Area for Users.

It is very important to keep your software updated with the latest maintenance release (minor version). As some errors or problems have been fixed, we only offer support to updated products. Maintenance releases are free for each major software version.
